Characteristics of FRP Spraying Pipe

1. Corrosion resistant: epoxy vinyl ester resin is adopted for inner liner of pipe, which can resist the erosion from fume and liquid with sulfur and fluorine.

2. Heat resistant: epoxy vinyl ester resin whose HDT is 104℃ and 154℃ is adopted for inner liner, it can resist the instant temperature of 220℃.

3. Good Abrasion: The abrasion resistant filler is applied during the fabrication of pipe; The inner and outer surface roughness coefficient is low. It has good abrasion resistant for the liquid with 15% solid.

4. Heat shock resistant: FRP pipe made of epoxy vinyl ester resin has good heat shock resistant property, It can avoid the delamination occurring at 200℃.

5. Forming through winding: computer controlled filament reciprocating type winding process is adopted, which can perform reasonable proportioning according to the axial and hoop stress be undertook under its working condition. It can improve the adhesive property between layers, avoid hoop crack.

6. Easy formation: every kind of non-standard parts can be made according to the requirement of installation.

The spraying pipe adopts wrap connection or flange connection, slurry pipe, areation pipe, etc adopt plain end butt connection.
